My tea cosy arrived from Australia this week. It is beautifully sewn and I love everything about it. I had to have one when I discovered Claire's blog S
weet Birdy Love. Her colourful and cheerful pictures and words always brightens my day and she is a very talented lady.
Embroidered appliqué.
I love this quote and the embroidery.
The front and back are equally gorgeous. Thank you Claire.
Do visit Claire's blog, you'll be glad you did.

I was thinking about you just the other day and came and visited and didn't leave a comment (sorry =/) and, THEN, was thinking of you some more - et voila! A post from you...=]
ReplyDeleteand with an adorable handmade tea cozy! I love them! I often wonder, though, how many I need...it's too bad that I don't need hundreds and hundreds.
I see so many pleasant and crafty things that you're up to and I so admire it! I think the afghan for your daughter looks wonderfully cozy and cheery and the cake stand is very clever and cute, indeed!
Thanks for sharing your domestic cheeriness! =]
